Receptionist & Admin/Sales Executive - Dubai

About the Role:
We are hiring a professional Receptionist and an Admin/Sales Executive to join our busy fitness studio in Dubai. As the frontline of our studio, you’ll ensure every member and visitor receives a warm, efficient experience. The roles require someone organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
• Manage class bookings, handle enquiries (phone, email and walk-ins) and process payments accurately.
• Coordinate schedules, manage cancellations and oversee package renewals.
• Maintain and update client records and keep the booking system current.
• Support instructors and management with daily operational tasks and scheduling.
• Keep the reception area tidy and aligned with studio standards.
• Assist in promoting studio classes, special events and retail products.
• For the Admin/Sales role — engage prospective clients, upsell services/packages and help drive membership growth.
Requirements: FOR RECEPTIONIST
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• 1–2 years’ experience in receptionist, administrative or customer service roles (experience in fitness or wellness is an advantage).
• Ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
• Fluent in English; friendly, approachable and service-oriented.
Requirements: FOR ADMIN/SALES
• 1–2 years’ proven experience in administrative sales or within a fitness studio environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and comfortable learning booking/CRM systems.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Basic sales experience with strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to engage clients confidently and promote studio offerings.
