Business Setup Sales Executive - Dubai

We’re seeking a driven Business Setup Sales Executive to join our Dubai team. In this client-facing role you’ll guide entrepreneurs and investors through company formation, licensing and compliance in the UAE while building a sales pipeline and closing new business.
What You’ll Do:
• Reach out to and engage entrepreneurs, investors and SME owners interested in establishing operations in the UAE.
• Advise clients on company formation options, licensing steps (free zone vs mainland) and compliance requirements in clear, actionable language.
• Prepare proposals, present service packages, negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the setup process.
• Coordinate with internal operations to ensure smooth handover and timely delivery of services.
Who We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in business setup sales or related consultancy services in the UAE market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and client-focused with a consultative selling approach.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a small team.
