Sous Chef, Commis Chef, Floor Supervisor - Dubai
We’re preparing to open an authentic Georgian bistro on Bluewaters, Dubai, and are assembling a passionate pre-opening team. This is an exciting chance to join a new food concept from the ground up and help shape the guest experience and kitchen operations from day one.
Open Positions:
• Sous Chef — Support the Head Chef in menu development, kitchen leadership, and maintaining food quality during launch and beyond.
• Commis Chef — Assist in daily food preparation, mise en place, and learning the kitchen’s Georgian-inspired techniques.
• Floor Supervisor — Oversee front-of-house operations, ensure service standards, and coordinate the team during pre-opening and regular service.
What We’re Looking For:
• Candidates with proven experience in the listed roles or similar hospitality positions.
• Individuals who are team players, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up restaurant environment.
• A genuine passion for food and hospitality with high standards for service and presentation.
• Familiarity with Georgian or Eastern European cuisine is a plus, particularly for kitchen roles, but willingness to learn is equally valued.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt during the intense pre-opening period.
