Business Development Manager & Executive – Freight Forwarding - Dubai

Next Hire Management Consultancies is recruiting experienced Business Development professionals on behalf of an international client in the freight forwarding space. We are looking for commercially driven candidates based in Dubai who can start immediately and hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and secure new business across Sea, Air & Land freight lanes.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain and update the CRM pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and follow-up.
• Provide regular feedback on market rates and conditions to support pricing and commercial decisions.
• Target delivery of gross profit (GP) equal to 3–4x your target salary.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years’ direct freight forwarding sales experience, with hands-on exposure to Air & Sea services.
• A strong and active UAE customer base — demonstrable client relationships in the market.
• Solid understanding of logistics operations and services across modes.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Freight forwarding experience is mandatory.
• Candidates must already be in Dubai and be available to relocate/join immediately.
