Human Resources Generalist Required in Dubai

A Dubai based group, recognized as one of the leading providers of integrated government services to public & private sectors within UAE

Job Description:

Act as liaison between employee and Benefits if necessary to provide consultation and problem resolution
Provides senior level support in functional areas of Human Resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relation
Reports directly to chairman regarding evaluation of compensation, performance evaluation management, benefits administration, organization development, training and special projects
Works with Finance team on deliverables to employees such as payroll, attendance, reimbursements, etc.
Negotiate with suppliers such as agencies on recruitment, officiate interviews and onboarding new employees as needed
Partners with Procurement and Admin team to submit deliverables on a timely manner

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience on the same role
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
