What You Will Be Doing

You will be primarily responsible for supporting Hiring Managers in attracting, identifying, and securing high-quality talent through proactive headhunting and candidate sourcing. The role focuses on conducting initial screenings, preparing qualified candidate shortlists, and facilitating the effective assessment and selection of suitable candidates to fill vacancies within agreed timelines. Working closely with Hiring Managers, you will provide end-to-end recruitment support for each vacancy, ensuring that hiring requirements are clearly understood and successfully met.

Key Responsibilities

Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
Conduct initial screenings and prepare qualified shortlists.
Build and maintain talent pipelines.
Partner with Hiring Managers to fill vacancies within agreed timelines.
Work closely with the Recruitment Administrator and HR team
Prepare reports and maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS.

Requirements

Experience & Background

2 - 4 years' recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within construction consultancy, engineering, project management, or a related sector.
Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workable preferred).
Strong communication, organizational, time management, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Proven experience in headhunting, sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines and partner effectively with Hiring Managers.
CIPD qualification or membership is beneficial but not mandatory
