Are you an experienced HR Manager within prior experience in Aluminium / Glass / Facades sector with a track record of shaping people strategies, operational HR, and can cope up with fast-paced environment ? This is a generalist role and not necessary you should be experienced in sourcing / hiring candidates.

Our client, a leading manufacturing / contracting company in Aluminium / Glass / Facades segment and holding various projects in Dubai and in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a dynamic HR professional to play a pivotal role in aligning people practices with business growth. This position offers the opportunity to influence company culture, strengthen organizational capabilities, and support the long-term success of a growing enterprise.

Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals in the property/real estate sector.
Managing UAE Visa & work permit processes.
Performance Management: Design frameworks to drive productivity, accountability, and professional growth.
Learning & Development: Oversee training and leadership development programs to upskill employees and build future leaders.
Employee Engagement: Create initiatives to improve engagement, well-being, and workplace culture.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage competitive reward strategies, aligned with industry benchmarks.
Diversity & Inclusion: Champion a culture of inclusivity, respect, and equity in a multicultural environment.
Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to support organizational change, mergers, and expansion strategies.
HR Operations Excellence: Lead HR systems, policies, and digital transformation to ensure efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required.
Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 8 years in an HR managerial role in the UAE.
Proven background in contracting or construction is a must.
Track record in organizational transformation, change management, and HR digitization.
Prior experience in manufacturing / contracting company in Aluminium / Glass / Facades segment .
Thorough knowledge of UAE Labour Law
HR documentation and compliance
Work permit / visa processes
