We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Sales division in Dubai.

In this role, you'll be part of a supportive, collaborative team where curiosity, ownership and a growth mindset are encouraged. You'll work closely with clients and candidates, using market insights, talent mapping and strong relationship-building skills to deliver the best possible recruitment outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

Sourcing, engaging and assessing talent across platforms such as LinkedIn, GulfTalent and internal systems
Building strong candidate pipelines and presenting quality shortlists
Conducting market mapping and sharing useful insights with clients
Representing clients professionally in the market
Managing searches from initial briefing through to successful completion
Developing new client relationships and contributing to business growth
Working collaboratively with the wider team and sharing market knowledge

What we're looking for:

Previous recruitment agency experience, ideally within Sales or Technology across the UAE/Gulf region
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach
Confidence working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in building long-term partnerships
