Expo Express Cargo L.L.C is looking for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage daily fleet operations and ensure smooth, timely deliveries across its logistics network. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with drivers and the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily fleet operations and manage driver schedules
• Track vehicle movement to guarantee on-time deliveries
• Communicate effectively with drivers and dispatch teams
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance
• Support the operations team in optimizing routes and overall efficiency
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Excel and fleet management systems (preferred)
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
