Description:
We are looking for a Guest Service Representative to assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and ensure a smooth experience for our holiday home guests. The role also includes helping to generate direct bookings and maintain excellent customer relations.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests during check-in and manage check-out procedures.
• Inspect apartments before and after guest stays.
• Handle guest communication and provide assistance during their stay.
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness.
• Promote direct bookings and develop guest relationships for repeat business.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, reliable, and customer-oriented.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or holiday homes is an advantage.
• Flexible to work on weekends and evenings.
