Cleaning Manager - Dubai
FMCO is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Manager to oversee and coordinate cleaning operations across multiple locations. The role involves managing staff, ensuring high service quality, and maintaining cleanliness standards according to company policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in facility management or cleaning operations and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage cleaning teams across assigned locations
• Ensure adherence to service quality and hygiene standards
• Plan and schedule cleaning operations efficiently
• Train and guide staff to maintain high performance
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and inventory for operational needs
• Report on operational performance and recommend improvements
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
• Prior experience in facility or cleaning management is highly desirable
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
• Effective communication skills in English and/or Arabic
