We have an opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join The Boeing Company's HR group to provide end to end support to

employees and leaders in UAE and the region.

This is a critical position and will be responsible for implementing processes and projects, working with site leaders and partnering with other

HR centers of excellence to drive positive employee experience at all levels for all Boeing employees.

Position Responsibilities:

Building relationships with key stakeholders in UAE and the region to identify trends, diagnose issues and formulate local solutions in line with HR processes and HRs defined strategy or direction
Design, project manage and implement projects/ processes that touch employees all through hiring to exit.
Advise / counsel / coach managers on people implications of local business decisions, utilizing knowledge of HR processes, frameworks, best practices and local employment legislation
Use data and analysis to identify trends and issues in local area and work with other HR Business Partners to formulate and operationalize solutions
Operate as point of contact for HR situations requiring rapid response / immediate action are identified – to ensure delivery by the relevant groups in the Employee Experience group
Support the development and coaching of management and employees in region to transition to utilize the HR model to maximum effect, including utilization of the Self Service Model
Partner with HR Services and Centers of excellence team members on issues utilizing the appropriate channels
Provide timely feedback / local customer insight to the HR team to support continuous improvement
Handle ethics and compliance cases for countries that will be supported by this role

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Must be fluent in English
3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagements
Have significant experience in HR generalist/ business partner roles, with an exposure to specialist HR assignments

Preferred Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):

Familiar with UAE and other Middle East, Africa Labor Law
Been part of a senior leadership team and partnered to drive people strategy for the business
Fluent in Arabic is a plus

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically 10 or more years' related work experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred
