Senior Sales Consultant Required in Dubai

This Senior Sales Executive position is an excellent opportunity for someone who has field experience in Translation industry sales and is ready to step up their career and own additional managerial responsibilities, including discovering and pursuing new sales, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. We would like to meet you if you have excellent entrepreneurial and communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop sales plansand pursue new sales opportunities.
Undertake market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
Negotiate/close deals and handle customer complaints.
Consult with internal and external teams to ensure the timely completion of projects.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Meet sale KPIs monthly and quarterly and prepare periodical sales reports.
Set and aim to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends.
Identify service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Main Qualifications:

Sales experience within the Translation industry is necessary.
Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent command of both the Arabic and English languages.
Initiative-taking and results-driven.
