Senior Human Resources Manager Required in Dubai

• Guide and direct all facets of Human Resources including recruitment, coaching, compensation & benefits, health & safety, performance management & succession planning

• Provide direction, coaching and counseling on Human Resources issues such as performance management and employee relations

• Establish and implement annual objectives, budget and programs for the Human Resources Department in conjunction with the organization’s strategic plan

Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring. Ensure induction and onboarding for all new employees are done in an efficient and timely fashion.

Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.

Oversee employees’ performance evaluation process, carry out disciplinary meetings, and recommends salary adjustments, rewards, and promotions based on performance appraisals.

Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Performs other duties as required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Job Requirement

The candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
You should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources Leadership role.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
