Seller Support Required in Dubai
Establish and maintain productive working relationships with the current and potential sellers.
Achieve successful first time resolution on all seller contacts.
Ability to recognize and identify system, process and policy issues impacting firm’s Sellers partners.
Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service
Ability to understand account management role.
Should have some level of vendor / seller interaction role.
Should be able to work on Ms Excel.
Regular Follow ups with Sellers.
Ability to handle escalations / complaints from the sellers.
Reconciliation Knowledge (stock & Sales) - Preferred / not required.
Ability to send Day to day Reports .
Ability to go beyond the call of duty to deliver the task in hand
