Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding applications and services.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues over the phone or via electronic communication.
• Track, document, and manage support requests, ensuring accurate records of customer problems.
• Collaborate with customers to provide customized solutions tailored to their needs.
• Stay current with technology and product offerings to provide informed assistance
Candidate Requirements:
• Prior experience supporting external customers with software applications.
• Technical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills for logical problem-solving.
• Proven ability to resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
• Experience working in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with the employer’s software application.
• Background in HME, home health, or healthcare-related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, healthcare, technology, or a related field.
• Experience using Salesforce is advantageous.
