Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to neighbor requests regarding store services, products, loyalty programs, and other company offerings via phone and email.
• Collaborate with stores and field management to efficiently resolve neighbor complaints.
• Maintain detailed records of all incoming neighbor communications and inquiries.
• Generate reports on inquiries and resolution times.
• Improve neighbor retention through proactive service and engagement.
• Stay updated on company promotions, programs, and services.
• Manage product recalls and provide accurate company information to neighbors.
Candidate Requirements:
• High School Diploma; degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience with knowledge of service delivery.
• Strong orientation toward customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism, clarity, and diplomacy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while multitasking efficiently.
• Strong critical thinking skills to address and resolve inquiries effectively.
• Proficiency in data entry and MS Office applications.
