Description:
Citydrinks is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to act as the primary point of contact for customers. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth customer interactions, resolving concerns efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of service across operations. The ideal candidate will support daily customer service activities while contributing to team performance and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising and evaluating daily customer service operations while offering constructive performance feedback to team members.
• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring customer service workflows to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Supporting customer service staff with operational tasks whenever necessary.
• Providing training and guidance to team members on customer service standards, procedures, and company policies.
• Managing service coverage and customer flow to deliver prompt and professional assistance.
• Reviewing and validating product returns, exchanges, and void transactions.
• Handling customer complaints, conducting investigations, and implementing effective resolutions.
• Assisting in developing, implementing, and communicating customer service policies to both staff and customers.
• Keeping accurate records and documentation related to customer service activities.
• Performing additional duties as assigned to support overall business operations.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or in a senior customer support role, preferably with logistics knowledge.
• Strong background in customer care, customer relations, and service management.
• Prior leadership or team-handling experience is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and customer management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm, patient, and professional approach when dealing with challenging customer situations.
• Willingness to work in an alcohol-related business environment.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Abu Dhabi as required.
