Sales Supervisor Required in Dubai

Job Summary:

The Job Holder will be responsible to maintain and expand the business in the assigned area. Shall work with the appointed Airlines to introduce the cargo product in the market as a principle/supplier, maintain sales and high standard of service to customers, control cargo operations, recommend, implement and effectively control pricing, and manage employees in compliance with the company's regulations. Supervise and coordinate the team to meet and exceed sales quotas/targets.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Supervise Team members, and understand and comply with all objectives, performance standards, and policies.
Help answer any day-to-day related questions to help & inspire goal achievement.
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet the company's core values.
Target new clients and retain existing ones.
Receive telephone and walk-in inquiries and quotes based on the available Air Tariff rates provided by the airlines.
Develop and maintain a healthy relationship with external & internal customers.
Develop sales network and price structure to attain targets and increase revenues including visits to the customer.
Ensure timely reporting of documents.
To be focused on sales objectives and targets agreed.
Maintain & update customer profile/ data form.
Negotiate agreements and revolves potential issues or problems with clients.
Responding to customer queries with simple, straightforward, and clear quotations.
Provide feedback and action required. Escalate issues that cannot be resolved to the Manager in a timely manner.
Maintain a positive working relationship at all levels.
