Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Dubai, where some remote work may also be allowed. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying potential clients, managing sales activities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Sales Specialist will focus on generating leads, closing deals, providing excellent customer service, and delivering tailored real estate solutions to meet the unique needs of clients. Collaboration with internal teams and participation in training sessions will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients.
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience providing Training to team members or clients to enhance skills and knowledge.
Highly motivated with strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with the real estate industry in Dubai is highly beneficial.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
