Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on buyer and investor leads
Promote residential and commercial properties to potential clients
Conduct property viewings and client meetings
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Negotiate deals and assist clients through the closing process
Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support
Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Russian speaker is a MUST

Experience in real estate sales is an advantage (fresh candidates are welcome)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Presentable, confident, and professional
Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed
Ability to work independently and within a team
Billingual: (e.g. English/ Russian-Speaking)
