We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by effectively promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Agent, Sales Representative, or similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Target-driven with a proven track record in sales
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
