Telesales Agent Required in Dubai

The Telesales Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inquiries, promoting real estate projects, and supporting the sales team in achieving monthly targets. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, target-driven, and experienced in customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients using company databases, portals, and campaign leads.
Present and promote current real estate projects and available properties.
Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and readiness to buy.
Maintain updated and accurate records in the CRM system.
Follow up with new and existing leads to schedule meetings or viewings.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover.
Stay informed about available projects, pricing, payment plans, and promotions.
Meet and exceed monthly telesales targets.
Ensure compliance with UAE real estate guidelines and company standards.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in the UAE (real estate experience is an advantage).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment.
Good understanding of the UAE real estate market is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM systems or lead management tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Candidates with previous real estate experience will be prioritized.
Priority for candidates who can join immediately.
Languages (Preferred but not required)

Candidates fluent in Chinese, Urdu, or Hindi will be given priority.
Arabic language is considered an added advantage.
