Role Description
Bantech Digital Solutions is seeking a dynamic and driven individual for the role of Head of Sales & Partnerships. This full-time on-site position is based in the United Arab Emirates. The role entails overseeing and executing high-level sales strategies, identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, leading the sales team, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities also include managing client relationships, exploring new business opportunities, and developing goals for market expansion, all while ensuring alignment with the company’s broader objectives.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in sales and business development processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management.
Proven ability to build and manage high-performance teams, including mentoring and motivating team members to achieve sales targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for fostering successful partnerships and client relations.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset and experience in scaling business operations.
Knowledge of the technology and IT industry, particularly in areas like payment processing, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or related domains, ideally within the IT or digital solutions sector.
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools to drive informed decision-making.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market dynamics.
Experience working in the Middle Eastern market is highly desirable.
