At 10 PRO services, sales drive our success. As a representative in our sales department, you will be responsible for winning over customers and meeting ambitious sales goals. From identifying potential leads to nurturing prospective customer relationships and closing deals, you’ll play an integral role in helping our Clients be successful. You will also stay ahead of industry trends, learn what makes our competitors tick, and leverage efficient sales tactics to broaden our customer base.

We are seeking an individual with an authentic passion for the 10 PRO services. The ideal candidate will share our company values of honesty, transparency, and a commitment to customer satisfaction—and can broadcast these values to the world. Our typical workday is 10 AM - 7 PM, and the role offers a competitive benefits package, including flexible scheduling and commission.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to either “warm” or “hot” leads provided and assist the clients by answering all questions regarding visas or citizenship they are interested in applying for and signing them up.

• Handling outbound telemarketing and providing excellent client service.

• Meeting clients physically and/or virtually

• Achieve monthly sales target.

• Keeping up to date with alterations to immigration laws.

• Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require.

• Providing clients with all pertinent documentation.

• Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork and ensuring that this is submitted on time.

• Preparing and providing invoices for your services.

• Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws & policies.

• Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.

• Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.

• Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.

• Conducing webinars, seminars, and presentations.
