We are looking for a dynamic self-motivated team player with Sales Executive experience ready to join our fast-growing company.

MAYS-AL is offering B2B consumer products to companies.

The “SE” is part of the company's sales team and his/her primary job is to sell the MAYS-AL. The SE’s focus is customer acquisition through remote or in-person meetings in the Territory. The SE must obtain excellent knowledge of MAYS-AL's company and must be able to answer questions and concerns raised during meetings.

The ultimate objective is to enroll clients with MAYS-AL.

Job Role:

Identify, contact & meet potential customers & enroll them with MAYS-AL
Plan and execute daily meetings with potential or existing customers to inform them about the product using a standard script.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals, presentations, and meetings to Head of HR & Payroll and Finance staff.
Answer questions about the product or the company.
Deal with concerns and reservations about the product.
Enter and update customer information in the database and record any useful information.
Communicate efficiently and convince customers to work with MAYS-AL.
Prepare and present achievements and KIPs.
Skills & Knowledge Requires

At least 1 year of sales experience, with a strong track record and achievements in the business development/sales field. Preferably selling B2B services in the Territory.
Ability to work under stress.
Ability to work as a team.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Driver’s license is valid in UAE.
Have his own car
