Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment to join our renowned culinary team. You will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and breads for our guests, restaurants, and banquets. You will also play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation in our pastry kitchen.
Required Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Pastry Chef in a 5-star hotel.
Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, including cake decorating, chocolate work, bread baking, and dessert plating.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and a passion for creating new and innovative desserts.
Proficiency in operating various kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
