Job description: Deliver a simple, secure, reliable, and sustainable user experience according to industry best practice and within project timelines and scope Install and service Smart Home Technology in customers' homes Ensure on-time arrival to daily appointments Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with customers Answer questions accurately and be thorough when explaining products or systems to customers. Work independently and without supervision at a job site Extensive experience in KNX Smart Home Automation, Lighting Control System, Z-Wave Wireless Home Automation, Lutron Automation, GRMS, BGM, ELV & Wiring Accessories Perform activation of equipment - including:

• Cameras (interior & exterior)

• Security hardware- E.g., door/window sensors, motion detectors, touchscreen panels
