We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to work on a contractor basis. This individual will apply their expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. The successful candidate will leverage their domain knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications to develop, adapt, and refine prompts, and evaluate and annotate model responses or artifacts. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of frontier AI models in a global industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, adapt, and refine prompts for Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams.

• Evaluate and annotate model responses or artifacts across 16 defined dimensions, ensuring a high level of quality and accuracy.

• Collaborate with the client to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

• Provide expert-level support for Microsoft 365 applications, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

• Maintain accurate documentation of all work, including model evaluations and artifact annotations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, and Teams.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate and annotate model responses or artifacts across 16 defined dimensions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide expert-level support and documentation.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.

• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, including prompt engineering and data validation.
