Information Technology Support Engineer Required in Dubai

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners including parts replacement.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades & software updates.
Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
Test, evaluate, and provide support for decision making about new technology for the business.
Repairing computer problems and removing viruses including performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques
Record events, support calls and problems and their resolution in logs ensuring response within agreed time limits
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with software or hardware, including account setup and network configuration and password problems.
Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
Test and evaluate new technology, as and when required.
Recommending appropriate hardware, software and systems
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Preserve assets, information security and control structures

Experience:

Minimum 8-10 Years of experience in a semi managerial technical support role in a mid-sized organization.
