Core Skills :

Minimum 4 years of experience working as an IT Infrastructure engineer
Take overall responsibility to ensure network, system availability are met and exceeded consistently
Highly competent in managing hybrid infrastructure (On-Prem + Azure Cloud). Drive technical decisions and initiatives to streamline our cloud infrastructure operations, security, and efficiency
Highly competent in management of Microsoft Office 365, firewalls, VPNs, Networking & Switching
Strong knowledge of security best practices within the area of IT Infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of identity management
Strong knowledge of cloud-based device management
Strong knowledge of Windows automation (Intune, Powershell)
Maintain and secure user accounts, passwords, file system security, Active directory, and data integrity for IT environment.
Management of End-Point device security
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure organizational technology needs are supported and delivered seamlessly
Maintain upto date records of all IT moveable and immovable assets
Experience in managing Helpdesk for properly tracking and documenting all system problems, changes, and problem resolutions using automated ticketing system.
Expert Knowledge of Windows Servers 2012 onwards
Expert Knowledge of Storage & backup Management
Provide end-user desktop and client device support
Manage identification, assessment & selection of new IT platforms & services and Liaise with and manage vendor relations

Soft Skills:

4years overall experience in a corporate, retail, or manufacturing setting for running IT infrastructure
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage both business and IT client stakeholders
Time management skills are a must, along with the ability to be flexible.
Industry Certification in one or more of the following: ITIL, CCNA, CISA, CCSA, PMP, Prince2, MCSA & MCSE
Highly motivated, self-driven and worked in lean IT Organizations
