Support C-Suite with strategy development and execution
Talent acquisition and retention
Employee engagement and motivation
Learning & Development
Improve productivity and performance
Develop an employee well-being program
Ensure remuneration packages are competitive and attract the right talent
Recruitment & Staffing
Working closely with accounts on payroll
Strengthening company culture and reputation

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Bachelor's Degree
Possesses strong interpersonal skills to be able to strike excellent relationships. Has confidence to build common agendas in people management and be able to influence others to ensure effective execution and adoption.
Be an HR Business Partner for all functions.
Understand the Labour Laws prevailing in the UAE.
Display high levels of energy and enthusiasm. Is a tireless communicator and influencer of people to get things done.
Comes across as approachable and accessible to people at various levels. Possess people orientation and is comfortable interacting with teams from ground to CXO levels.
Has the necessary depth of knowledge and experience to flesh out policies and procedures which are robust in nature.
Managed an HR Leadership role in his/her previous/current experience.
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in UAE
