Job Description:

Develop and implement the HR Strategy policies of the firm
Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
Responsible for employee relations and conflict resolution within the firm
Qualifications:

At least 3 years of related work experience
Open to any industry experience but law firm background is a plus
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
