Human Resources Executive Required in Dubai
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Executive with comprehensive experience across all core HR functions and a strong understanding of UAE labor law. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a group of companies and exposure to various industries. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, source quality candidates, and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes across different business units.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
· Coordinate with department heads to fulfill staffing requirements across multiple industries
· Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accurate documentation and confidentiality
· Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions, exit interviews, and clearance procedures
· Support core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
· Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives
· Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law and internal policies
· Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, labor contracts, and other government-related documentation
· Administer compensation and benefits, including payroll coordination, leave management, and employee entitlements
· Support training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs and coordinating programs
· Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on HR-related matters
· Prepare HR reports and maintain HR systems and databases
Requirements:
· At least 5 years of UAE HR experience covering all major HR functions.
· Mandatory experience in the UAE
· Experience working in a group of companies and supporting multiple industries
· In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes
· Experienced in handling leave management, payroll, and HR operations
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
Salary: AED 5,000 - 6,000 (depending on the candidate's experience)
