Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and building effective talent pipelines. The role also involves working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and developing strategies to attract top UAE National talent.

Qualifications

Proficiency in talent sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Understanding of hiring compliance and labor laws in UAE
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Fluency in Arabic and English is required
Prior experience in recruitment within the UAE market is preferred
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
