Legendarium is looking to hire a Human Resources Director to manage and supervise all personnel processes: personnel planning, searching and acquisition; personnel development through training in studio and in startups.

The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will hire C-levels, plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.

Responsibilities

Recruit, source and interview studio team members, as well as Entrepreneurs in Residence (EiRs) and Founders to build the startup teams.
Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training and leadership development
Function as a strategic, human capital business advisor to the senior management team
Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
Manage the Startup’s organization's performance program including goal setting, feedback, corrective action, and performance communication; ensures employee performance is aligned against the overall organizational objectives.
Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent

Qualifications

7+ years' of professional HR experience, ideally from a software/technology/startups oriented business
Solid, proven experience in Operations and HR in a multi-cultural environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
