What You’ll do

Organization Design /Compensation & Benefits

In alignment with HR Country Manager and OD Functional Head, you will execute manpower plans and budgets for the assigned countries. Act as an internal consultant to address organizational design and C&B capability.
Provide short and medium range staffing plans based on an agreed analysis.
Implement appropriate grading and salary structure that is in line with the overall OD strategy and as per approved structure to ensure administration of pay in a fair and equitable manner.
Provide guidance and implement initiatives to reduce HR time investment and cost reduction.

Talent Management

In alignment with HR Country Manager and Talent Functional Head, you will ensure staff hiring is conducted efficiently and in compliance with TA policies and labor law.
Ensure a high quality, transparent, timely and efficient recruitment process. Be responsible for the hiring of staff from all seniority levels.
Ensure that all staff have undergone orientation and induction at required standards.
Monitor the annual performance evaluation process at all stages and ensure that employees complete the review process in a timely manner.
Initiate the analysis of training needs, the development of appropriate training plans, securing the necessary budgets and the optimum matching of training needs with resources available.
Implement Development/Succession plans for critical roles within your country of responsibility.

Employee Experience

In alignment with HR Country Manager and Employee Experience Functional Head, you will monitor the Implementation of Employee Engagement survey, Engagement calendar and programs and make sure action plans are executed on the ground.
Implement monetary/non-monetary reward, recognitions and wellness programs that support the overall business agenda.
Play an integral role in building a positive employee experience and cultural success through implementation of advocacy programs, Employer branding and Employee Value Propositions initiatives.
Act as the guardian of Fairness, Diversity & Inclusion. Closely monitor success of local initiatives like women empowerment, Emiratization and others.

HR Systems/Stakeholders Relations

In alignment with the HR Country manager, you will continuously monitor the performance of HR system and report status for making any changes/modification for improvement.
Ensure data maintenance and security on the system. Make sure data is updated at all times on different modules.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Conduct periodic audits of human resource activities to ensure compliance with laws, policies and procedures.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

What you will need:

Min 5- 7 years of proven work experience in a similar role, preferably in Consumer Goods.
Demonstrated experience in understanding and executing HR policies and procedures and working with HR HCM (Oracle/SAP is preferential).
Strong understanding of the HR risk landscape and employment legislations.
Strong data insight and reporting skills.
Strong communication skills, experience of liaising with and influencing senior stakeholders.
Excellent command of English and excellent writing skills.
