HR Manager Required in Dubai

The HR manager will lead the entire HR team and will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. The HR manager partners with senior leadership to advise on best practice techniques to drive performance, productivity and employee engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized
Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department
Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads and creating and revising job descriptions
Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget and evaluation program
Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
Maintaining department records and reports, company directory and other organizational charts
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
Participating in administrative staff meetings
Make recommendations to an organization’s leadership based on analyses of worker productivity

Requirements and Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business
5 years of experience in the HR field as a manager
Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS), ATS and job boards
Up to date with an understanding of the industry, current pay rates and industry trends
Knowledge and hands-on experience on all HR facets and processes
Strong collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Fluent in English, Arabic is an added advantage
