A new British global fintech company are expanding into the UK and is seeking a recruitment operations specialist to help manage its recruitment processes.

The person for the HR/Recruitment Operations Assistant– Global Fintech – Abu Dhabi, UAE

As a HR/Recruiting Operations Specialist, you'll contribute to the team's success by providing operational support and optimizing data integrity tools and processes relied upon daily by recruiters and partner teams
You'll partner cross-functionally with teams across the globe, including the Legal, Compliance, and Engineering teams, to support our hiring efforts, ensuring data accuracy and compliance along the way
Work cross-functionally with other teams supporting hiring efforts, such as Legal, Finance, Procurement etc., to ensure the recruiting team is operating efficiently
Manage external recruiting vendor workflows, including evaluating new partners and interfacing with existing ones to ensure we're maximizing the use of tools and resources provided
