- Performance monitoring & improvement

**The human resources manager will become a partner with the managers in strategy execution to help moving planning to the implementation stage.**

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the UAE

- Previous Real Estate experience

- Knowledge of the UAE labor law is preferable

- Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus point

- Computer skills (MS office, CRM, HR software)
