Main Scope:

Act as a focal point for the assigned departments when it comes to human resources and admin activities to support and help these departments to success through partnership and Manages the day-to-day operations of the HRD, responsible for departmental development, recruitment, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development.

Education Level:-

Bachelor of Business administration or equivalent in addition to 7-10 years of similar experience in a reputable company.
CIPD or Equivalent.

Knowledge:-

Knowledge of labor laws of the countries that we operate in.
2.Knowledge of the HR industry in general and specialized in recruitment & selections.

Skills & Experience:-

Ability to communicate effectively with different levels.
Perfect computer literate.
Perfect project management skills.
4-Self-motivated and task oriented

Duties & Responsibilities:-

Partners with employees and management to administer and communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
Coordinates the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems inquiries or grievances.
Maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual. Ensures legal and ethical compliance with regional laws.
Assists with employee communication and feedback through such avenues as office meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, newsletters, and one-on one meeting.
Conducts recruitment, new hire screening, background checks, onboarding and orientation.
Assists in development and evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals.
Maintains employee-related databases. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department as necessary or requested.
Implement a performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs.
Assists with the monitoring of the office wage and salary structure and the variable pay systems within the office.
Provides competitive market research and prepares pay studies to help establish pay practices that help to recruit and retain superior staff.
Assists with processing payroll. Partners with finance and payroll officer to maintain the payroll database.
Consults with and advises employees on eligibility for insurance and other benefits.
Provide departments and stakeholders with guidance and advices related to the human resources activities in order to achieve their targets and objectives.
Work as an employee champion for the areas of responsibilities.
Act as a focal point when it comes to the activities of the human resources and administration within the areas of responsibilities.
Act as a change manager for the areas of responsibilities.
Manage the project plans that are set within the department to make sure that projects are completed within the approved timetable set.
Report regularly as per the set schedule of reports and provide the necessary recommendations for enhancing and improving the HR results.
Participate in setting the targeted results of the department of regularly bases based on the international standards and benchmarks.
Analyze the organizational data and departmental data and recommend the necessary initiatives to improve the results.
Any other tasks related to his work or requested by the management.
