We are worldwide leaders in a niche Beauty segment, offering our customers across the globe a broad portfolio of refined perfumes and cosmetics compositions.
The Group has 4 offices, in Dubai (Global HQ), Paris, New York and London where more than 350 people (including 200 people under our partners payroll) contribute everyday to the successful growth of our Maisons.
Reporting to the CEO, based in our Dubai Head Office, the Group Head of HR is building, planning, leading and implementing the HR Strategy for the next 5 years. His/her experience, agility and skills acquired in an international entrepreneurial environment, will lead him/her to accompany the growth of the Group through hybrid abilities : hands-on operational proximity to the Business Stakeholders, while structuring the future of the Group’s organization through the implementation of Compensation & Benefits policies, performance management tools, employee engagement projects and legal compliance.
Responsibilities
HR Business Partner :
Be the strategic business partner of the CEO, the Global Head of Departments (HODs) and Subsidiaries Heads on Organization Structure Review & Implementation in order to ensure HR Policies & Procedures are aligned with the Corporate objectives and complied with respective local regulations.
Co-create a clear roadmap with each Business Stakeholder to accompany their Departments/Subsidiaries’ organization in alignment with the 5 years’ business plan.
Talent Acquisition and Talent Management :
Centralize the recruitments for the Middle East operations, while also actively supporting international recruitments in the local subsidiaries (Paris, New York, London).
Review and co-create the existing Job Descriptions with each Head of Department and Subsidiary Head.
Create and Implement an onboarding journey for all new employees (local and international).
Optimize the recruitment budget through employer branding activities in order to find cost effective ways to source and attract new talents.
HR Operations & HR Controlling
Create a Matrix for the Job offers / Contracts according to local requirements. Follow-up on Employment Visa Formalities with the support of our PRO (in the Middle East), agencies and lawyers (in other countries).
Within the frame of the internal and international mobility programs, ensure a smooth transfer of employees from one entity to another.
Monthly closing of HR payrolls in compliance with local regulations.
Build (with the support of the Finance Team) the Middle East HR Budget and supervise the HR Budget for France, UK and US.
Compensation & Benefits and HRIS
Audit of the Salary Grid and packages to remain competitive in a Talent Short environment.
Support the commercial Teams on Beauty Advisors compensation (Incentives, Bonus, Commissions or others) according to the business needs.
Formalize a set of Group policies : New ways of working, Employee Handbook, Leave Management, T&E... and ensure its awareness and implementation.
Medical insurance review and negotiations on a yearly basis.
Actively participate to the HR Information Systems (HRIS) projects related to HR (such as building interfaces between HR systems and accounting systems, Leave management tools, SAP, T&E, claim reporting systems).
Lead the Annual Group Bonus Matrix and Salary Review process in line with Business Strategies, Financial Performance and Company Policies.
Talent Management / Learning & Development :
Following the employee performance reviews, define with each Head of Department and Head of Subsidiary pertinent training needs, find the right provider in order to grow our talents.
Supervision and coordination of international Employees’ quarterly reviews with Heads of Subsidiaries (FR, US, UK).
Build career journeys for our Talents in order to create and grow an internal talent pipeline.
Develop Succession Plans for all critical positions by identifying key successors with career
development plans across all regions globally.
People engagement and HR Projects :
Implementation of Sustainable actions linked to the Human Resources activities, based on the Group’s Sustainability report and the Group’s commitments (follow-up and improvement on pre-defined KPIs).
Drive Employees Engagement Initiatives including internal communication, team meetings, team buildings, Seminars, feedback sessions & recognition programs to further improve team work, employees relations, morale & collaboration.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree with Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management is preferred.
Minimum 8 to 10 years of HR Management experience.
Demonstrate strong leadership, influential and people management skills with change management experience in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, yet international environment.
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Being a native / bilingual French Speaker is mandatory to fully understand and embrace the DNA of our values, culture and products; proficiency in English;
Arabic is a plus.
Strong knowledge in HR Operations.
Ability to manage complex International Employment laws challenges (FR, UK, US)
