Our client is one of the most established Device Services Platform in the GCC since last 8+years. Helped over one million subscribers through their offerings of device protection, upgrade & buyback programs, and after-sales services of all in warranty devices, They provide their services to the region’s leading Telecommunications and Consumer Electronics Retail & Online Brands.
They are looking forward to hiring a talented and professional individual to join their team and manage all human resource operations such as recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through company’s guidelines. To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of the recruiting process and labor regulations.
The human resources (HR) specialist will be a key role within the fast-growing environment of the company.
Reporting line:Reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.
Budget: 15,000- to 18,000 SAR
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in industries such as Electronics or Telecommunication.
Job Purpose:
The HR Specialist is expected to partner closely with operations, finance, product and marketing teams to drive the company’s growth. When not hiring, placing, and orienting new employees, the HR specialists must oversee our current employee’s satisfaction and productivity, ensuring that the workplace is always running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, and evaluate all human resources department policies, procedures, and structures.
Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process with the hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and consultancy agreements.
Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
Manage health and insurance programs.
Implement training and development plans.
Work with the PRO to ensure timely processing of all required immigration documents (pre- and post-employment) including new residency visa and follow up on visas renewals.
Responsible for all employee’s monthly payroll settlement and data review.
Ensure all employees records are maintained and updated.
Work with line managers to perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Respond to all employee queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Manage employee’s administrative issues and requests (i.e., salary certificates, bank letters, visa letters, experience letters, etc.)
Monitor budgets by department.
Support with employees’ engagement activities (birthdays, breakfast/lunch, team building events, recognition, etc.).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Proficient in office software, Excel, PPT, Word.
Strong knowledge in labor legislation and payroll processing.
Saudi National.
