HR administration officer, Talent acquisition specialist Required in Dubai
We are looking for a Human resources administration officer and talent acquisition specialist, who will coordinate all HR related activities within Atelier Pod. He will also be a recruitment and sourcing manager, willing and able to attract the best profiles. The position encompasses the 2 following areas:
I. Human resources management
1. Managing the daily HR function tasks, including but not limited to:
- Oversees HR policies to ensure consistency and compliance
- Payroll management and attendance
- Contractual relationships with the employees
- Maintaining employees’ files…
- Acts as a Chief Happiness Officer by, and not limited to, maintaining an inspiring work culture, keeping a positive working atmosphere, ensuring transparent internal communication, promoting cohesion, etc.
2. Build on and development of the HR department
- Study and review of HR practices at Atelier Pod.
- Build on and develop new HC policies to meet business requirement (Compensations & Benefits, Performance Management, Time & Attendance, Leave, Travel, Overtime, etc.)
- HR Procedures in conjunction with SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to seek alignment, including HR forms
II. Talent acquisition management
The Sourcer is primarily responsible for internet research, talent identification and building candidate pipelines. This position will collaborate with managers to support our hiring efforts as we grow our organization.
- Identification of talents internally and externally (from recruitment campaign made by Atelier Pod), to be kept on hold for future projects’ needs and ready for mobilization on new projects: creation and update of a pool of candidates
- Act as a head-hunter for the best profiles in design and architecture
- Uses traditional and non-traditional resources to mine, source, identify and screen qualified candidates through job postings sites, referrals, networking, and social media
- Effectively manage the full recruitment function, including partnering with managers to evaluate personnel needs, develop job descriptions
- Manage the sourcing, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
- Providing high-quality and welcoming interview experiences to each candidate.
- Conduct a background verification of the shortlisted candidates
- Collaborate with managers and operations to assess the future recruitment needs
- In charge of the new joiners induction and onboarding
We are looking for:
Bachelor degree or Master in Human resources
Experience in Europe is Mandatory
French speaking is a Plus
A respected HR specialist and Talent Acquisition Partner who collaborates well with candidates, implementing creative sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline
Experience in a Generalist HR role
A creative thinker looking to innovate and disrupt the normal process
An excellent communicator with strong networking capabilities and experience with various interview techniques
Resourceful, proactive, self-starter
Can navigate with limited direction
Experience in talent acquisition/recruitment (agency or in house)
Experience in using applicant tracking /recruiting software systems and other technologies
English proficiency
Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize own time and work independently
Organised, rigorous
Proficiency in MS Office
