Junior Accountant Required in Dubai

The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and
ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role
supports the organization’s financial health through effective reporting, analysis, and
internal controls.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and reconcile bank statements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Support audits by providing required documentation and explanations
• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and decision-making
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Preferred (Optional)
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, etc.)
• Experience with audits or tax preparation
