HR Manager Required in Dubai

Our client is an Tech Solutions/FinTech company and they are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the growing team in Dubai.

Understanding and managing the Hiring Process; working alongside with department managers to establish a recruiting, testing and interviewing programs; conducting and analysing interviews; onboarding and offboarding; drafting and sending out contracts, conducting orientations and training programs, etc.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and culture
Handling of HR matters including support with recruitment, payroll and leave administration
Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Calculating employee work hours, collecting employee timesheets (daily, weekly, monthly) and managing vacation, sickness and other absences
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Being first point of contact for employees answering questions and providing guidance on fundamental HR topics
Ensuring that documentation is produced, and HR systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner in support of the above administrative transactions
Handling the recruitment process from the application procedure (including interviews) to drawing up of labor contracts and onboarding
Nurture a positive working environment
Managing performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Reporting to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
Retaining human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or equivalent
Experience in creation and implementation process of HR policies
Ability to conduct research and to prepare analyses and reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent knowledge of the English language; strong translation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook;
Able to work independently with little or no supervision
Engaging personality with a hands-on-mentality
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Salary: 15-23k
