Human Resources Analyst Required in Dubai
This position supports the Total Rewards objective by collating employee information and providing analytics with metrics, trends, forecast across all Alamar countries. This resource plays a critical role as the recommendations and decisions relating to Rewards will be based on the sourced information.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and build People analytics structure
Coordinate with various People functions especially with those that would have an impact on employee movement, performance, and engagement
Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including HR system (ERP) and payroll outputs, performance management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records.
Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, engagement, retention, attrition, and diversity
Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to the Total Rewards team
Provide other tasks that may be required to support the company, People & Culture department, and the markets.
Qualifications and requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field (f.e.; Business Administration)
Minimum three years of work experience in HR; familiarity with HRIS tools
Strong research and reporting skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, expert level in Excel
