Human Resources Executive Required in Dubai

KD Industries INC, a leading Pipe Manufacturer in Jebel Ali Free Zone UAE, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive for their Manufacturing Operation.

This position is responsible for the supervision and administration of all Human Resources functions of the plant, including employment, training, communications, compliance, safety and occupational health, labour relations, wage & salary administration, and security.

Experience Required :

Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role in the manufacturing sector.
Experience in handling blue-collar recruitment, contract drafting & onboarding.
Has good knowledge of UAE/JAFZA labour Law.
Strong in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Demonstrable leadership abilities.
Solid communication skills.
BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
Assist with payroll and ad hoc HR projects.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
