During your tenure as Learning Programs Associate, you will support the design and delivery of the common learning programs delivered to all Deloitte Middle East (DME) employees; support the Learning Programs Senior Manager in identifying efficiencies in learning processes and programs and assist in the implementation of DME learning practices. You will also be responsible for the following:

Develop the DME level learning catalogue covering professional, leadership and industry trainings, based on global talent standards and guidance received from the Learning Programs Senior Manager
Support the Learning Programs Senior Manager by executing all design and delivery decisions including identification of key learning requirements, appropriate delivery and assessment methods and appropriate duration for all DME level trainings
Identify and consolidate courses / trainings to be delivered at DME level
Develop training content and / or liaise with third party providers to source training content (if required) to be used during DME level trainings
Create invitations to invite business line employees to identified trainings and share the participant list with the Global Learning Administrative Services (GLAS) team
Ensure that practitioners and leaders are supported and their inquiries are responded during trainings
Consolidate feedback for all DME wide trainings, perform preliminary analysis and share the results with the Learning Programs Senior Manager
Execute the tasks/ activities, which originate from any initiatives/ projects led by wider Deloitte regions (e.g. data collection, reporting, DME level implementation, etc.)
Prepare any ad-hoc report requests from business leaders
Conduct any additional tasks as requested by the Learning Programs Senior Manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/ master's degree in learning, education, human capital management, business or other related fields
0-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge in any of these areas is a plus: training needs analysis, adult learning methodologies, instructional design, curriculum management and digital learning
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
Demonstrated agility and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate and liaise with all levels of organizational leadership and with a diverse employee population
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Work well under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to be proactive, follow directions, make decisions, problem-solve, and adapt to change
Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing). Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (Arabic/English)
