Binary System Medical UAE is looking for an Accountant based in Dubai

Responsibilities

Scrutinizes supplier invoices, keeps a record of the same, and is responsible for processing payments by authorization and approval policies

Reconciling supplier Statement of Accounts as per agreed Turn Around Time

Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports

Responsible for interacting with suppliers, providing payment updates, and acting as a single point of contact for resolving any queries

Process, verify, and post receipts for services rendered.

Generate invoices and account statements and perform account reconciliation.

Maintain accounts receivable files and records on payments and account statuses.

Obtain information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.

Monitor the financial information system to ensure that timely and accurate information is provided for decision-making.

Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs.

Prepare tax documents.

Compile and analyze financial statements.

Manage budgeting and forecasting.

Record Purchase and Sales Bills.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting in the UAE market.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.

Fluency (both oral and written) in English.

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Proficient MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables

Working knowledge of accounting regulations and practices.
